Found the answer to my dual core question
Slasdothas answered my question about dual core chips. each core will run at theprocessor speed. so a dual core 3.2Gz chip with have 2 3.2Gz cores.[Nothing Playing. ]

Flickr ups their upload caps
Flickr, the photo sharing site, which i use a lot, has just upped their upload caps. Originally, there was a limit of 20mb on free accounts and 2Gb on Pro accounts. Free accounts can now upload 100mb, and pro accounts now have no limit! sweet! :)
