L10 Hit counter
I have reciently installed L10 Hit counter on my site and it tracks hits on the site. its a very cool tool! written in PHP and MySQL, it generates live traffic information. pretty sweet. if you run a site or anything, check it out.

Konfabulator now free
Konfabulator, the widget app for windows and OSX, is now owned by Yahoo!, and is now free. I used this before, but never fully liked it. after playing with Dashboard on OSX, i think i will be trying this again.
