Space Ads!

<a href="http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=562&ncid=757&e=10&u=/ap/20040310/ap\_on\_hi\_te/space\_ads\"yahoo> news are reporting</a> that an Russian inventer has patented space ads! these ads will be visible from earth and will use satelites. this, im guessing, is going to be expencive to impliment, and to advertisters. how do you charge? per person who \”could\” see this? per square km of space you use? weird!
