SP4 of windows 2k released

Ok. SP4 of windows 2k has been released. change log here, Net installer here and base net installer”>here. Hmmmm. does that meen the net installer is the 140mb download and the base net installer is the little one for other machines? im confused!!! not at home by the way. chips are though!
