Defense Secretary Rumsfeld was completing his daily briefing to President Bush. At the conclusion Rumsfeld said “Three Brazilian soldiers were killed.”
Immediately President Bush started to cry and show a great amount of regret and remorse. This went on for a few minutes while Secretary Rumsfeld began to show embarrassment. Suddenly President Bush regained his composure somewhat, looked straight at Rumsfeld and asked ” How many is a brazillion?”
