I have been wanting to install a TFS server in house for a while now. I am currently using a company called Hosted Projects to do my source control, and while looking for a way to migrate my data from SVN to TFS (which I still haven’t found) I found this article over on Gurkan Yeniceri’s blog called Poor mans TFS. It shows you how to build a TFS server on a really old box. Interesting theory, and if I cant get my TFS system working (still need a box…) i will try this on a Virtual Machine. Hmm. Virtual machines… that could be the answer…</p>
