Utilizing the search query, “kazaa,” at www.google.com, the following search results (the “Infringing Material”) contain unauthorized copies of the KMD or unauthorized derivative works of the KMD which infringe the KMD and the exclusive rights of the Owner:

Basically when you search for the term “Kazaa” on Google, it sends you to sites that are not authorized to distribute “Kazaa” material. A copy of the original document is here. There is a rant here on the subject. The whole thing seems just a bit ironic to me… </i>
