Well, my Asus EEE PC arrived this morning over a week early (Thanks Expansys!), and i have to say this rocks! keyboard will take some time to get used to, but this is very nice so far! i am posting this on the EEE and connected to the internet via HSDPA using the Vodafone Network and a USB modem. working well so far. info on how to get the modem to talk to the EEE is here (see item 11). very cool stuff so far!
