Im looking at Gentoo linux again. its an interesting idea, and it may be the only copy of linux i can get working properly. at least i could find out whats wrong with my machine full stop. Im going to try it tommorow some time. i have the Boot CD here for V1.4. That should still do the job. Ill post more when i know more.
